What are some good underground indie/folk bands?

I am really into elliot smith, vampire weekend, bloc party, neutral milk hotel. So anything that you think that I would like.
Oh and the killers are one of my favorites, even though they are well known.
Please give me a large list.
Oh and if you know any folk artist like matt costa that would be good.
