What are some folk bands that aren’t solely acoustic guitar based?

I want to start a folk band but most of my friends all play guitar and nothing else. I play guitar, piano, drums, and I’m totally willing to learn a new instrument if needed.

I just need to know of some other folk band that isn’t solely one guy playing the acoustic guitar and singing. I would love to hear some with piano, cause it’s my favorite.

Folk Metal bands that use Gregorian Chant?

Does anyone know of any (good) folk metal bands that incorporate gregorian chant in their music, even if only one song? I have an album by a band named Jaldaboath and the first song (Sally Forth) has this gregorian chant sound, that is just fucking awesome IMO. and leaves me wanting more!
